Shipping policy

At Claimed by God Designs, every item is made to order just for you. Nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf. Each piece is created after you order it and prayed over before it ships.

Production time

Most items are produced within 7–14 business days of your order. Some in-stock gift items ship sooner.

Delivery time

Allow 2–5 weeks from the day you order for shipping and delivery. We quote a wide range because some designs are printed by trusted partners outside the United States, and those take the longer end. If faster delivery is available for the items in your cart, you'll see it at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $75. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for qualifying items.

International orders

We ship to most countries. International orders can take an additional 7–14 business days for customs and transit. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Multiple packages

Different products are made at different facilities, so items from one order may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.

Holiday orders

For Christmas delivery, order by November 20 and check the delivery estimate at checkout. If it shows a later date, please order sooner.

Delays and lost packages

Holidays, severe weather, and carrier volume can occasionally add time. If your package is late or lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to make sure you receive your order.
