Everyone should be able to shop with us and use the Faith Hub, whatever device, ability or assistive technology you use. This page explains what we do today, what weโre still working on, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Our commitment
Claimed by God Designs is a small business, and we build much of our site ourselves. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our goal. Our site has not yet been formally audited, so we donโt claim full conformance. We fix problems as we find them, and your reports help us find them.
What weโve built in
- Pages are built to work with your browserโs zoom and text-size settings.
- Many Faith Hub tools offer larger-text options, and our printable resources for older adults come in large print.
- The Kids Faith Hub includes read-aloud features, so children who are still learning to read can follow along.
- Games and tools donโt require sound to play, and many have a sound-off option.
- Several tools offer quieter, low-energy modes for people who are tired, overwhelmed or sensory-sensitive.
- Where possible, animations respect your deviceโs โreduce motionโ setting.
- Most Faith Hub tools need no account, no sign-in and no download.
- Progress in many tools is saved only on your own device, so thereโs nothing to log in to or remember.
- Product pages include written fit notes (runs small, true to size or relaxed) alongside size charts.
- Our contact form, email and phone line are all available, so you can reach us the way that works best for you.
What we know still needs work
Some of our older interactive games and tools were built before we focused on accessibility, and may not yet work well with every screen reader or with keyboard-only navigation. Some product images may not yet have complete descriptions. Weโre reviewing these over time, starting with the pages people use most.
If something isnโt working for you
If a barrier is stopping you from placing an order, call us at 954-899-0965 and weโll help you finish your order by phone.
To report an accessibility problem, please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use (for example, a screen reader, voice control or screen magnification). A real person reads every message, usually within one business day, and weโll let you know what we can fix.
