🔦 Step 1 · Hold it to the light

The security features of real love

1 Corinthians 13:4–7. Tap each feature to see its watermark, and how the counterfeit gives itself away.

💵 Step 2 · Real or counterfeit?

Stamp each bill

Real, counterfeit, or mixed? Every answer shows which security feature passed or failed.

📁 Step 3 · Bible case files

Which currency was it?

Real stories from Scripture. Make your call, then open the file.

⏳ Step 4 · The time test, side by side

Lust says “now.” Love says “I’ll wait.”

“I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem… that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till he please.”Song of Solomon 2:7
🚫 Counterfeit (lust) ✅ Real (love)
Wants it now Is willing to wait (1 Cor 13:4)
Takes Gives itself (Ephesians 5:25)
Hides Can stand in the light (John 3:20–21)
Sees a body Sees a soul made in God’s image
Leaves once it’s satisfied Stays when it’s hard (Ruth 1:16)
Asks “what do I get?” Asks “what’s best for you?” (1 Cor 10:24)
Pressures and guilts Honors your no
Fades fast Never faileth (1 Cor 13:8)

Attraction is not sin. God made desire, and He made it good. The question is never “do I feel it?” but “which direction is it pointed, and who is it serving?”

💡 Step 5 · Private heart check

Run your own bill through the machine

Think of one relationship, desire or pull in your life right now. Check what’s honestly true. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

💛 Step 4 · My real love week

Spend real love this week

Pick three ways you’ll show 1 Corinthians 13 love. Tap to choose.

🙏 Step 6 · Pray it
Already spent some counterfeit? So have we all. Shame says hide; grace says come. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9). “Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow” (Isaiah 1:18). God doesn’t cancel your future over your past. Start spending the real thing today.
🛡️ If someone is using “love” to pressure, threaten, control or hurt you, that is not love. It’s counterfeit, and it’s not your fault. Talk to a trusted adult, pastor or counselor. In the US you can reach loveisrespect (text LOVEIS to 22522) or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. If you’re in danger right now, call 911.
