Your privacy, in plain words

Your privacy, in plain words

Our site does two different things: itโ€™s a store, and itโ€™s the Faith Hub, a free ministry space where people bring real struggles. Those deserve different kinds of care. This page explains, simply, what stays with you, what reaches us, and what we do with it.

The short version
  • Faith Hub tools: what you type stays on your device unless you press a button that clearly sends it to us.
  • Shopping: we use your details to make, ship and support your order. Payments are handled securely by Shopify; we never see your full card number.
  • Things you send us (prayer requests, testimonies, messages) are read by a real person and used only for what you sent them for.
  • We never sell your prayers, testimonies or anything you write in the Faith Hub. Like most online stores, our shopping and advertising tools may share some browsing and purchase data with advertising partners, and you can opt out at any time.

๐Ÿ™ Faith Hub tools

Games, quizzes, journals, plans and guided tools

No account, no sign-in, no download

You never need to give your name or email to use a Faith Hub tool.

What you type stays with you

When you write in a Faith Hub tool, like a journal entry, a prayer, a safety plan or a game answer, it stays in your browser. It only reaches us if you press a button that clearly sends it, such as posting to the Prayer Wall or sharing a testimony.

Progress saved on your device only

Some tools remember your progress (a 7-day journey, a saved plan, a mood check-in) so you can come back later. Thatโ€™s saved only in this browser, on this device. We canโ€™t see it, and it isnโ€™t linked to your name.

Anyone who uses the same device and browser could see it. On a shared or family device, tap โ€œClear my Faith Hub activityโ€, here or at the bottom of any Faith Hub page, to erase everything Faith Hub tools have saved in this browser. Your cart isnโ€™t affected.

Like any website, we see basic visit information

Our store platform records which pages are visited and similar technical details, as described in our Privacy Policy. That tells us a page was visited, not what anyone typed into it.

โœ‰๏ธ Things you send us

When you press Send, Submit, Post or Share

Prayer Wall

Prayer requests are reviewed by a person before they appear, and posts on the wall are public, so please donโ€™t include anything you wouldnโ€™t want others to read, like full names, addresses or other peopleโ€™s private details. If you give your email, we use it to confirm your request and to check in with you later. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Testimonies

Testimonies you send are read by a person. Weโ€™d only share one publicly in the way the form explains, and you can ask us to remove a shared testimony at any time.

Contact messages, design requests and group-order questions

These come to our support inbox so a real person can reply. We use what you send only to answer you and handle your request.

If youโ€™re in crisis

Our inbox isnโ€™t watched around the clock. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If youโ€™re thinking about ending your life, call or text 988 (US), any time. Outside the US, findahelpline.com lists free lines in your country.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Shopping

Orders, payments, accounts and shipping

What we use

Your name, email, shipping address and order details, so we can make your order, ship it, send tracking, and help with returns or problems.

Who else sees it

  • Shopify runs our store and securely processes payments. We never see your full card number.
  • Our production partners, in the US and abroad, receive what they need to make and ship your items, such as your name, shipping address and the products ordered.
  • Shipping carriers receive your address and contact details to deliver your package.

Advertising

Like many online stores, we use advertising tools that help show our products to people who may be interested. These tools may receive browsing and purchase information. Under some US state laws, this can count as โ€œsharingโ€ or โ€œsellingโ€ personal information. You can opt out at any time at Your Privacy Choices, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Emails

Only the ones you sign up for

We have a few separate email lists, like weekly verses and devotionals, and store news and offers. You only get the ones you sign up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing from one doesnโ€™t affect your order emails, like confirmations and tracking.

โ†—๏ธ When you leave our site

Hotlines, maps, WhatsApp, social media and sharing

Some buttons take you somewhere else: calling or texting a hotline, opening a map, sending a message by WhatsApp or text, or sharing on social media. Once you leave our site, that serviceโ€™s own privacy rules apply. When you share something from a Faith Hub tool, you choose whatโ€™s shared and who sees it.

โš™๏ธ Your choices

  • Clear Faith Hub progress: tap Clear my Faith Hub activity, here or at the bottom of any Faith Hub page.
  • Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Opt out of advertising sharing: Your Privacy Choices.
  • See, correct or delete what we hold about you: email us and weโ€™ll help.

Children

Our Kids and Teens Faith Hubs donโ€™t ask for names or contact details. Our store is not intended for children to shop on their own, and we donโ€™t knowingly collect childrenโ€™s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and weโ€™ll delete it.
