Our Editorial Standards

Everything we publish, from a product description to a blog post, should point people toward God's truth and be worthy of their trust. Here's how we work to make sure it is.

Who writes our content

Articles on our blog are published by The Claimed by God Designs Team, the same small, faith-led team that designs our products and serves our customers. We share our hearts and our experience, but we keep the personal details of our team and families private.

Scripture comes first

  • Every verse we quote includes its reference so you can read it in context for yourself.
  • We quote Scripture accurately and avoid pulling verses out of context to fit a point.
  • Our articles are meant to encourage and point you to God's Word. They are not a substitute for your Bible, your church, or your pastor.

How our articles are created

Some of our articles are drafted with the help of writing tools, then reviewed by our team for biblical accuracy, tone, and helpfulness. We believe in being transparent about that, and we hold every article to the same standard no matter how it started.

Accuracy about our products

When an article mentions a product, we aim to describe it accurately, including materials, sizing, and care. Our products are printed on demand, so if you ever spot a detail in an article that doesn't match the product page, the product page is the most current source, and we'd be grateful if you let us know.

Health, crisis, and personal struggles

Some of our content and our Pray With Me feature touch on grief, anxiety, illness, and other hard seasons. We offer spiritual encouragement, not medical, legal, or mental health advice. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (US) or contact your local emergency services.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we want to fix it. If you see an error in any article, please contact us and we'll review it and update the post.

Our promise

We'll never publish something just to rank on Google or make a sale. Our goal is simple: to encourage you, honor God, and earn your trust, one article at a time.
