Same Words, Different Dictionary

When someone says “Jesus,” “grace” and “saved”… but means something else.

Some groups use every word you know from church: Jesus, Bible, grace, salvation. But when you look closer, the definitions are different. That’s how sincere people end up in groups that change the heart of the gospel. Learn to read the dictionary, not just the words.

“For if he who comes preaches another Jesus, whom we didn’t preach, or if you receive a different spirit… or a different ‘good news’… you put up with that well enough.”2 Corinthians 11:4

🤝 This isn’t about denominations. Baptists, Methodists, Catholics, Pentecostals, Orthodox and others disagree on plenty, but share the core beliefs below, summarized in the ancient creeds. And it’s not about attacking anyone: people in other groups are often sincere, kind and searching. This is about knowing what you believe.

Built on 2 Corinthians 11:4, Galatians 1:8, 1 John 4:1, John 1:1, Colossians 2:9, Ephesians 2:8–9, Acts 17:11 and 1 Peter 3:15. Scripture quoted from the World English Bible (public domain).
