Stay.Tomorrow needs you.

And you are worth staying for.

“Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.”Psalm 30:5

Depression is real, it is not a lack of faith, and it is treatable. This is a private toolkit for the long fight: Scripture that has carried people through the dark, and practical tools counselors use to help people get through one day at a time. Use what helps. Leave what doesn’t. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

✨You’re here on purposeDepression says your life doesn’t matter. God says you’re not an accident, and you weren’t meant to do this alone.
💬 For teens: you deserve help too. Please show this page to a parent, school counselor, youth leader or another adult you trust. You don’t have to explain it perfectly.

🩺 A note: this is a support tool, not therapy or medical care. If depression has lasted more than two weeks or is getting in the way of your life, please talk to a doctor or licensed counselor.

Scripture quoted from the World English Bible (public domain). The Stay Plan follows the structure of widely used clinical safety plans. Not a substitute for professional care.
